Star Dabang Delhi raider Naveen Kumar has etched his name into history books by shattering a tournament record. While he has been one of the best talents in the game and a recent record that he has broken justifies the same. The 22-year-old youngster now holds the distinction of being the fastest player to reach 700 raid points in the history of Pro Kabaddi League.

The raider achieved this milestone during Delhi's dominant 20-point win over Gujarat Giants at the Shree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium in Bengaluru on Monday. Notably, it took as many as 64 matches for Naveen to reach 700 raid points which is 7 matches less than veteran Pardeep Narwal who had reached the mark in 71 matches.

In the match against Gujarat, Naveen brought his second back-to-back super 10 of the ongoing season as he recorded 15-points eventually helping his team emerge victorious 53-33. Naveen had 12 successful raids from the 1 outing prior to this match and has caught up with Arjun Deshwal of Jaipur Pink Panthers who has 21 successful raids from 2 matches.
