Although Pakistan could not post a good total on the board as they kept losing wickets at the end, the Babar Azam-led team were surely up for the fight. Shaheen Afridi drew the first blood for the Men in Green as the left-arm pacer cleaned Alex Hales up. Pakistan then tried to cramp England, but Jos Buttler was still there. Phil Salt had also joined him in the middle.

The two batters started finding boundaries and Pakistan looked frustrated. Meanwhile, Haris Rauf was there to attack and Babar Azam knew the pacer could do it. The Pakistan captain just needed to fuel him up and Azam did exactly that. Babar said something to Rauf, and bang! The pacer steamed in and bowled a short ball with all his might.

Phil Salt tried to take him on but could not cope up with the pace on the ball and could only hand a catch to Iftikhar Ahmed who was stationed at midwicket.

Haris topped up this wicket with Jos Buttler's wicket to give Pakistan fans and his teammates a lot to cheer about. The Pakistan pacer got the England captain caught behind after Buttler missed quite a few deliveries from Naseem Shah.

Along with steaming in with the ball, the pacer also showed great energy on the field as he saved a certain four. Rauf pulled a ball going to the ropes by diving all the way through.
