German F1 driver Sebastian Vettel will be suiting up for the final Formula 1 race of his career at the Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi. On the eve of his final Grand Prix, the entire F1 contingent from the paddock came together to run a final lap around the track celebrating Vettel and his remarkable career. 


On the evening before the last race of the 2022 season, a large group of people including fellow drivers like Mich Schumacher and Charles Leclerc, F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali, journalists, and crew members ran a final lap of the circuit with Vettel. They were all wearing t-shirts with the words 'Danke Seb' (Thank you Seb), while Vettel in turn sported a t-shirt saying 'Danke F1' (Thank you F1).

Vettelโ€™s current team Aston Martin shared pictures from the event and thanked all the attendees for their enthusiastic participation. Aston Martin also stated that like the run the final race will also be extremely emotional for everyone on F1.  


The tweet said, "Tonight, with our friends and colleagues from up and down the F1 paddock, we run with Seb. Tomorrow, for the final time, we race with a legend adored throughout the sport. It's going to be emotional."


The Aston Martin driver hangs his boots after putting together one of the greatest Formula 1 careers in history.  Vettel has four World Championships and 53 race victories to his name. He also holds the record of being the youngest winner of the World Drivers' Championship. The German at the age of 23 years and 134 days won the 2010 championship with Red Bull.
