The list of most searched celebrities on Google in the year 2022 is out. While the top 10 does not include any Indian fame, the list although includes a sportsperson.
The results which came out of Saturday (26 November) are published by CelebTattler, which reportedly tracked around 150 celebrities from the Google search trends of 2022. From the field of sports, it is not Indian star batter Virat Kohli or football great Cristiano Ronaldo or legend Lionel Messi, its NFL star Tom Brady.
Yes, you read it right. Tom Brady, the famous footballer secured the fourth spot in the overall rankings, while he claimed the top spot among the sportspersons. The 45-year-old quarterback sealed the fourth spot with 4.06 million searches. The American footballer has been making headlines with his divorce from supermodel Gisele Bundchen.
The 45-year-old plays for Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). While played his first 20 seasons with New England Patriots and then joined the Buccaneers.
Talking about the list, Amber Head tops the list with an average 5.6 million Google searches, followed by American actor & musician Johnny Depp being the second most searched celebrity of 2022. The third in the list is late British monarch Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away recently at the age of 96. While it’s Tom Brady at fourth place, Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson (ex-couple) bagged the fifth and sixth place, respectively. Elon Musk, Will Smith, Millie Brown and Zendaya complete the top 10 respectively.
