England women will host India women in a 3-match ODI series followed by a 3-match T20I series. The 1st ODI will be played on June 27 at the County Ground in Bristol. Recently, the two sides clashed during the one-off Test that ended in a hard-fought draw.
In limited overs cricket, England Women were last seen in action in February-March, playing three ODIs and as many T20Is against New Zealand Women. While India Women last played against the South Africa Women in March, featuring in five ODIs and three T20Is.
However, both teams had faced contrasting results in their previous assignment. England won both the ODI as well as the T20I series against NZ women. India women had a disappointing outing as the visiting South African side clinched both the series.

Batting all-rounder Sophia Dunkley has been named in the England women's ODI squad for the series against India. Meanwhile, Freya Davies and Sarah Glenn have also returned to the squad.
In the squad announced in May, BCCI had announced a joint squad for the one-off Test and the ODI series. As a result, Mithali Raj will captain the ODI squad.
Shafali Verma - Teenage sensation Shafali Verma entered the record books by notching up the highest score by an Indian woman cricketer on Test debut as she registered a score of 96 in the 2nd innings. All eyes will again be on Verma to see if she can continue her fantastic form in the ODI series as well.
Heather Knight - England skipper Heather Knight fell agonizingly short of becoming the first Englishwoman to score a Test century since she herself had achieved the feat in 2013. Knight played some beautifully-timed cover drives in her assured 95-run knock and will look to again pile on the runs in the ODI series as well.
Sophia Dunkley - Dunkley scored an unbeaten 74 in the one-off Test. The 22-year-old has played 15 T20s but is yet to make her ODI debut. She could make her ODI debut in the first contest at Bristol. After an impactful Test debut, Dunkley will be keen on producing a good performance in the ODI series as well.
