Team News:

England Women

Danni Wyatt and Mady Villiers have been included in the England squad of 14, with Kate Cross and Lauren Winfield-Hill missing out.

India Women

India Women ODI captain Mithali Raj made history in the 3rd ODI as she became the highest run-scorer across all formats in women's cricket. Raj won’t feature in the T20I series having announced her retirement from T20Is in 2019. Moreover, experienced players like Harmanpreet Kaur, Deepti Sharma and Smriti Mandhana will have to take up more responsibility for the team.

Key Players:

Shafali Verma- Teenage sensation Shafali Verma recently entered the record books by notching up the highest score by an Indian woman cricketer on Test debut as she registered a score of 96 in the 2nd innings. However, she could not score big in the ODI series. All eyes will again be on Verma to see if she can fire on all cylinders in the 1st T20I.

Harmanpreet Kaur - T20 skipper Harmanpreet has not been in the best of forms lately. She is going through a lean patch as she had scores of 16, 19 and 1 in the ODI series. Kaur will target a big score in the 1st T20I as she looks to lead India from the front.

Nat Sciver -  The England vice-captain has rediscovered some fine form with both bat and ball. Sciver has been pushed up the batting order to No.3 in T20Is, and has also been used more frequently with the ball off late. After a prolific ODI series, Sciver will be a key player in the upcoming T20I series as well.
