The COVID-19 pandemic has struck the entire country once again as we are seemingly entering the 3rd wave of coronavirus. In the last couple of years, many people have contracted the deadly virus but have been able to recover from it. While the patients who are suffering from Coronavirus must definitely consume these foods, it is also highly advisable that everyone should include the mentioned items in your diet as they boost the immunity system of your body, helping in proving shield against number of diseases.

1. Broccoli

Broccoli is a superfood and a rich source of of vitamins A, C and E. It has fibre and many other anti-oxidants which can help in improving the immunity system of your body. Almonds, dates and nuts are rich in Vitamin E which help in preventing risk of heart diseases. Apart from it, they also reduce inflammation and enhance the healing process in the human body.
