Many look at it differently today and owing to the changes that the pandemic has brought about, we only rest assured that staying fit is the way forward and it must be given prime importance over other aspects of our lives. Although, when we look at fitness, the first thing that still comes to most people’s minds is that you need to have a toned body, a perfect mental being and an ideal version of the “gym” and endless gym membership is a stereotype. Football: In order to play Football, all you need is an open space, like playing fields (pitches) to gymnasiums, streets, school playgrounds, parks, or beaches. It’s an easy sport to play, inexpensive and will still keep you away from the gym.

Cycling: Cycling is a great sport. It has multiple benefits like, increased strength and flexibility, improved joint mobility, decreased stress levels, improved posture and coordination and strengthened bones. You can always rent or hire if not purchase one.

Running: For this sport, you only need a decent pair of sports shoes. Running is a great way to kick-start your fitness journey. It might help you reduce your risk of death from heart attacks, strokes, and other common diseases. Running is a good way to reduce stress.

Hence, surely stay away from the gym as much as you want to, instead take up one of these sports and keep fit.
