The teaser for former India Women's captain Jhulan Goswami's biopic 'Chakda Xpress' was released on Thursday. Everyone associated with the film shared the teaser on their social media platforms. Netflix also shared the 1-minute clip on their Twitter handle but made a big mistake which caught everyone's attention. India's former cricketer Aakash Chopra was quick to notice the blunder Netflix had made and promptly asked them to rectify it.

While sharing the teaser video, Netflix tagged the Twitter accounts of everyone associated with the project except for Jhulan Goswami. Netflix did not tag Goswami's account and used her name in the hashtag rather. Aakash Chopra noticed the blunder and asked Netflix to rectify it. "Dear Netflix, Jhulan’s Twitter handle is @JhulanG10. Feel free to tag her…after all…the movie seems to be on her," wrote Chopra in reply to Netflix's post.

Anushka Sharma to play Jhulan Goswami

Chakda Xpress is a film inspired by Jhulan Goswami's journey and the struggles she had to face to play for India. Actress Anushka Sharma has been chosen to play the role of the Indian pacer. In the launched teaser, Sharma can be seen in India's blue jersey. The actress wrote an emotional post while sharing the video on her social media handles and called it a special film.

"It is a really special film because it is essentially a story of tremendous sacrifice. Chakda Xpress is inspired by the life and times of former Indian captain Jhulan Goswami and it will be an eye-opener into the world of women’s cricket," wrote Anushka. The teaser release date is a special one for Jhulan Goswami as she completed 20 years in international cricket on 6 January 2022.
