Apart from surpassing Michel Platini to become the all-time leading goal-scorer in the Euros, the Portuguese captain has also been the talking point of the town since he asked everyone to snub Coca-Cola and drink water instead during a press conference. While many players like Paul Pogba and Manuel Locatelli have followed the same path, Ukraine's Andriy Yarmolenko had a completely different approach to the same.

The Ukrainian winger was undoubtedly delighted after his heroic performances (goal and assist) had inspired his side to a crucial 2-1 win over North Macedonia in a Group C clash. In the post-match conference, his joy was absolutely visible as he did something really extraordinary which left everyone in splits. Contrary to how the other footballers have been snubbing Coca-Cola and Heineken bottles, the 31-year-old did the exact opposite.
In a humorous turn of events, Yarmolenko actually decided to keep the bottles in front of him and laughingly asked the companies to contact him for sponsorship purposes. "I've seen Ronaldo putting away Coca-Cola bottles... I'll put Coca-Cola, I'll put Heineken right here. Contact me," he stated while bursting into laughter.

The footballers also posted the video on his Instagram account with a caption, "We are ready to consider any offers.?✌️" People are absolutely loving Yarmolenko's sense of humour off the field after his brilliance on the field. The Ukranian fans would only hope that their star player can continue his magic against Austria on Monday and be back again for the post-match conference and reveal if he has got any offers after his proposal.
