Actor Anushka Sharma shared pictures of herself with husband and former India captain Virat Kohli as the couple dressed up in ethnic wear for Kohli’s Royal Challenger Bangalore teammate Glenn Maxwell’s wedding celebration. The actress shared the pictures on her Instagram with the hashtag #BubbleLife and captioned it: “Wedding function in a bubble! Now I think I've seen and celebrated possibly every function and festival in a bubble.”

Maxwell recently married Indian-origin long-time girlfriend Vini Raman in Australia and hence RCB hosted a reception for the couple during the ongoing Indian Premier League in their bio-bubble in Mumbai. The entire squad at the event sported in all traditional attire.

Virat Kohli was also seen enjoying himself on the dance floor with his fellow teammates like captain Faf du Plessis, Ashmead Romanno Ned. West Indian player Sherfane Rutherford captured King Kohli’s moves on his Instagram live during the ceremony, video of which is doing round on social media.

So far in the IPL, the Royal Challengers Bangalore are fifth on the table after suffering a difficult loss against the Rajasthan Royals. After being put in to bat, RR scored 155 in their first innings and then bundled out RCB for 114 runs and secured a 29-run victory. Virat Kohli continued his bad run of form as he was dismissed for just nine runs from 10 balls.

Addressing Kohli’s continued batting struggles, RCB coach Sanjay Bangar talked about his commitment to the sport and his work ethic. He said, “Regarding Kohli’s form, he’s a great cricketer. He’s experienced these highs and lows many times before. I’ve observed him from close quarters. He has the spirit and he’ll emerge from this run of low scores in the last few games. In the coming crucial games, he’ll help us win".

“We aren’t talking about anything different [in practice], to be honest. The way he prepares, he always puts himself out of his comfort zone and prepares and that’s his specialty. This is why he can emerge from tough situations and his attitude is commendable. Yes, he’s had a low run of scores but he is so mentally strong, he’ll be able to put in better performance,” Sanjay Bangar added.
