England's horrible performance continued once again as their batters failed once again at the big stage thus ending up losing by a margin of an innings and 14 runs. Australia ended up winning the Ashes series by 3-0 margin with 2 more games still to be played. Debutant Scott Boland was very impressive with the ball for Australia with his bowling figures of 1/48 & 6/7 respectively. His spell ensured England were bundled out for just 68 runs in the 2nd innings as only Joe Root and Ben Stokes managed to get that double figure mark. Initially, Marcus Harris 76 off 189 balls ensured Australia post a decent total of 267 runs on board.
