Game developer Krafton recently announced that the pre-registration phase for Battlegrounds Mobile India will begin this month. The news came as a breath of fresh air for Indian mobile gamers. Soon after, a video revealing the pre-registration date for the game was posted on the game's official YouTube channel and it received over 5.4 million views in less than 24 hours. Notably, the game is largely seen as a replacement for PUBG Mobile, which was banned in India last September along with a number of other Chinese apps.

Battlegrounds Mobile India pre-registration date and Google Play Store link

Notably, the pre-registrations for Battlegrounds Mobile India will begin on May 18, 2021. It will be available on the Google Play Store. Meanwhile, it is being learned that Indian players who register for the game will be able to claim rewards upon its release.

In order to pre-register, users will have to go to Google Play Store and click on the “Pre-Register” button. The game will be free to play for all users with in-app purchases, much like the PUBG Mobile which received huge popularity in India.

Although the official Battlegrounds Mobile India website also has a link to the game's Google Play Store page, it isn't working as of now since the pre-registration is yet to begin.
