Ben Stokes is set to retire from One Day Internationals (ODI) after the first game of the three-match series against South Africa on July 19. The England all-rounder was part of the national team in the ODI setup for almost 11 years and played a pivotal role in England winning the 2019 ODI World Cup, their first in the history of the game.

The all-rounder will hang his boots having played 105 ODI matches at end of his career and so far he has smashed 2919 runs from 89 innings at an average of 39.44 with a strike rate of 95.26. With the ball in hand too, Stokes was more than useful as he picked 74 wickets at an average of 41.79 with an economy of 6.02.
