Battlegrounds Mobile India Showdown (BMSD) 2022, which is the first LAN or offline tournament being held officially for BGMI, is set to take place from July 21 to 24. BMSD 2022 will feature a prize pool of INR 15,00,000.
The game developer, Krafton has invited a total of 24 teams on the basis of their past performances in the BGMI tournaments. After NODWIN Loco All Stars Invitational and BGMI Masters Series 2022 (BGMS), this will be the third time when a BGMI tournament will take place on LAN.
The winner of the BMSD 2022 will book a ticket for the upcoming PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2022 Afterparty Showdown that offers a $1 million prize pool.
BMSD 2022: Day 1 schedule
A total of 24 teams divided into three groups will battle each other in a four-day tournament with six matches taking place each day from July 21 to 24. The Live Action begins from 21st July at 4.00 pm IST.

BMSD 2022: Teams and Groups
The game developer has invited 24 teams for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Showdown 2022. The tournament will feature three groups comprising eight teams in each group. Here is the list of teams with their groups.

The tournament features two stages which means all the 24 teams will battle in the group stage while the top 16 teams will qualify for the BMSD Finals 2022. The top placed team will automatically get invitation from PUBG for World Invitational 2022 Afterparty Showdown.
