Boycotting Mumbai Indians: Fans demand five-time champions to pick Arjun Tendulkar in playing XI

As the five-time IPL champions, Mumbai Indians continue to their horrid 2022 season, fans have demanded to bring out Arjun Tendulkar, son of legendary Indian batter Sachin Tendulkar in the playing XI. MI has lost five games on the trot and hence fans want the team to make some key changes.

Fans made their opinions about the selection of the Junior Tendulkar heard via Twitter during Mumbai Indians’ game against Lucknow Super Giants. Arjun was picked up in the 2022 mega auction for a price of Rs 30 lakhs. The 22-year-old is a left-arm pace bowler and plays for his hometown Mumbai in the domestic circuit. So far, he has played two T20 games against Haryana and Pudducheey where he has taken two wickets.
