Former India opener Virender Sehwag is just the same with his off-field presence after his retirement as he was in his playing days. He would sing, whistle and keep it simple with his batting and also very straightforward with his statements and remarks in the media. Post hanging his boots, he has extended that personality on social media where he keeps it light with memes and jokes. However, on Tuesday, Sehwag's post on Twitter left the fans in a fix.

The only Indian with two triple hundreds in Test match cricket wrote a message on his social media in which he announced that he had dropped his phone in the shower. At the same time, he left his contact number for his followers.

"Dropped my phone in the shower, getting it fixed, call me on 9112083319," he wrote. While a section of the social media users thought his account was hacked, others believed it to be a marketing gimmick. Interestingly "319", the last three digits of the number he posted, happens to be Sehwag's highest Test score.
