Mauricio Pochettino’s side were fearless and played good football to win against the defending champions. While Kylian Mbappe netted a brace, Marquinhos scored 1 goal. Neymar too was absolutely brilliant. PSG are also coming on the back off a 4-1 victory against Strasbourg in the Ligue-1 and thus they will be brimming with confidence.
As Bayern had lost the previous leg at home, the job will be tough for them as a draw would make PSG qualify to the last-four. The Bavarians were quite dominant in the game and had also equalized in the 37th minute. The goal was scored by Maxim Choupo-Moting. But the French side made sure they grab onto every opportunity they get, and thus eclipsed past the Bavarians. Bayern are coming on the back off a 1-1 draw with Union Berlin and it will be a tough time for Bayern. But Thomas Muller had scored the second goal for them and will be the player to watch out for.
