The final of the Asia Cup 2025 between India and Pakistan was nothing less than a cinema. With the help of Tilak Varma’s heroics, the Men in Blue defeated Pakistan by five wickets to win the title for the ninth time. However, the drama didn’t end right after when India scored the winning runs and continued in the post-match presentation. The Indian team denied to collect the trophy from Mohsin Naqvi after which the PCB and the ACC Chairman left the stage with the trophy.
India won the Asia Cup 2025 but had to leave the stadium without the trophy in their hands. However, the players of the Indian team still celebrated and even shared the images on social media with a trophy image. Among all this, leg spinner Varun Chakaravarthy also shared a picture on his social media where he hilariously posted with a coffee mug like its the Asia Cup trophy. "Akkha duniya ek taraf, aur mere india ek taraf. Jai hind !!!” Varun captioned the post.
Arshdeep Singh in hilarious mood after Asia Cup 2025 final
Although there was immense controversy going around during the post-match presentation, there was a lighter mood in the Indian camp as they won the final. One of the most hilarious guys during the celebrations was fast bowlers Arsdheep Singh who didn’t leave a chance to make a content along with his teammates.
In one video, Arshdeep can be seen jokingly asking Tilak Varma, “Final match, you perform. What happening?” Apart from that, Arshdeep Singh also convinced skipper Suryakumar Yadav to replicate the iconic walk by Rohit Sharma after the 2024 T20 World Cup, but without a trophy this time.
