Former captain and Mumbai Indian’s opener Rohit Sharma is set to miss the next a game against the Punjab Kings due to injury. Rohit Sharma, who had worked really hard on his fitness and physique - sustained a hamstring injury during the game against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Rohit, who has looked in fine touch in the ongoing IPL is likely to be back for the remainder of the tournament as the scans suggest the severity of injury isn’t much and these are precautionary measures that the franchise is taking to protect the star player.

Mumbai Indians, who won their first game of the tournament after 13 years, have now lost as many as 3 games on the trot - putting themselves in extreme pressure.
