Strengths

Defending champions India will be playing at home and have a very aggressive batting unit and a strong bowling unit which compliments well. They have been playing well in this format and their top order batting along with spin bowling will be their strength.

Weaknesses

Their middle and lower order finishers are lacking and on good batting surfaces they might not be able to capitalize. On surfaces which will be tough for batting their aggressive approach might backfire.

X Factor

Abhishek Sharma, the Number 1 ranked T20I batter in the world and by far the most impactful batter in this format for India in the last few years. He will be the X Factor and can take the game away single handedly.
