Rajasthan Royals will lock horns with Delhi Capitals in Match 43 of IPL 2026 at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Rajasthan Royals have been the consistent and strong side this IPL with a balanced team. Currently at the fourth spot in the points table with 6 wins and 3 losses, RR has been mostly cruising because of the explosive opening batting and aggressive approach in powerplay. Jaiswal has been their most consistent batsman over the years, and along with him, the wonder kid Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, who needs no introduction, has almost 400 runs this season, including a 37-ball century. Their bowling, too, has been phenomenal. Jofra Archer and Nandre Burger have been spot on with their spells with the new ball. Ravi Bishnoi and Brjesh Sharma lead the spin attack well. Jofra Archer has 14 wickets for RR this season to date.
On the other hand, DC has not had a smooth journey this IPL. Led by Axar Patel, DC has mostly gone through inconsistent performances, fumbled a lot and gone through dramatic collapses resulting in embarrassing defeat. They had experience of posting 264/2 for the opponent to chase, and getting all out on 75 against RCB. DC also have registered the lowest powerplay score in the history of IPL- 13/6. Currently, DC is positioned at the 7th spot in the points table.
Impact players for Match 43 RR vs DC IPL 2026
Rajasthan Royals:
Ravi Bishnoi- Ravi Bishnoi has been their lead spinner this tournament with 11 wickets, but surprisingly, he was left out in the last game and was a part of the impact sub. This proves that he has no injury concern. Ravi Bishnoi’s addition can add more strength to their bowling side
Ravi Singh - He has not made his IPL debut yet, but he is one of the most promising youngsters and middle-order batsmen whom RR might just give a chance in case of any collapses.
Shubam Dubey - Dubey has proved his mettle in the last two games. He came as an impact sub in the last game against PBKS and scored an unbeaten 31in just 12 balls.
Tushar Deshpande - He has been in and out of the team. In the match against GT, he has defended 9 runs in the last over.
Shimron Hetmyer - Hetmyer was expected to go all guns blazing, but he had a season with just 72 runs in six innings that led him to lose his place in the playing XI.
Delhi Capitals:
Mukesh Kumar - Mukesh Kumar had an impressive start to the season. He achieved great success against left-handed batters. However, in recent matches, he went for quite a few runs. The Bengal seamer was rested in the last game.
Aquib Nabi- Although he was the highest wicket taker in the 2025-26 Ranji Season, his form has been a concern as he remained wicketless in the first few games.
Ashutosh Sharma - Ashutosh has proven his season in the last IPL season with his finishing abilities, but has lost his place to finishers like Tristan Stubbs and David Miller already in the squad. He is yet to play this season
Tripurana Vijay - If RR needs an extra spinner, he can be an impact sub as this 24-year-old bowling all-rounder is still waiting to make his debut.
