During the first innings, broadcast cameras spotted Dhoni alongside his wife Sakshi in one of the premium enclosures at Lord's. They were seen in the company of Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, who attended the match with his son, and actress Kriti Sanon. The visuals of the former India captain quickly went viral on social media, with fans delighted to see him at the historic venue.

This marked Dhoni's third appearance during India's ongoing tour of England. He was earlier seen at Trent Bridge during the third T20I on his birthday and was also present for the opening ODI at Edgbaston. One of the most celebrated cricketers in the world, Dhoni continues to enjoy immense popularity, and every public appearance of the former India captain generates massive excitement among fans.
