Mumbai Indians cricketer Naman Dhir took a stunning catch at the boundary line to send off Washington Sundar in GT vs MI IPL 2026 clash. Both teams came against each other in the 30th game of the tournament at Narendra Modi Stadium on Monday, April 20. In the game, Dhir pulled off a stunning catch to send Sundar back to the hut at 26 runs off 17 balls. Notably, the Titans were chasing the target of 200 runs.
On the second ball of the eighth over, Santner delivered a short ball to which Sundar responded by hitting it towards the deep mid-wicket. Though the ball seemed to be sailing over but Dhir standing at the edge of the boundary line grabbed it, while ensuring he didn’t step on the ad cushions. Sundar walked back at 26 runs off 17 balls, while the Titans reduced to 54/4.

On the second ball of the second over, Jos Buttler made his way back to the hut after being dismissed by MI skipper Hardik Pandya.
GT skipper Shubman Gill was the next one to depart, followed by Washington Sundar, Glen Phillips, and Rahul Tewatia. The Indians got their next success in the form of Rashid Khan and Shahrukh Khan.
