Royal Challengers Bengaluru opener Virat Kohli added his name to a legendary club by hitting the 300th sixth of his IPL career. The former RCB skipper achieved the feat during the RCB’s league-stage clash against Gujarat Titans in IPL 2026 on Friday, April 24. The batting legend is now the third member of the 300-IPL sixes club, joining the likes of Chris Gayle and Rohit Sharma.

Apart from it, Kohli also became the first player to have 300+ sixes and 800+ boundaries in the history of the tournament. While doing so, Kohli recorded his third IPL 2026 fifty for the Red and Gold Army. Notably, the former Indian skipper made his debut for the Bengaluru-based franchise in 2008, and played 274 matches for the team. He has scored 8,915* runs at an average of 39.79, including 65 fifties and eight hundreds, alongside 300 sixes and 800 boundaries.
