Thanks to their innings and crucial contributions from Ishan Kishan and Shivam Dube, India put up a massive total of 255 in the final, and later the bowlers did their job by getting New Zealand all out on 159 runs. Jasprit Bumrah was named player of the match for his outstanding spell of 4/15 in four overs.

On the other hand, Jasprit Bumrah finished as the joint highest wicket-taker in the tournament with 14 wickets in 8 matches.
