Team India batting star Rohit Sharma trolled spinner Kuldeep Yadav while answering a question recently. When asked what he would avoid between changing diapers and getting a clean shave, the 38-year-old hilariously answered that he would stop Kuldeep from taking the DRS. A video of the same was shared on Instagram by Team Ro.

The reference of the review is from the recently concluded ODI series against South Africa. During the third ODI in Vizag, the left-arm wrist-spinner tried to convince captain KL Rahul into taking a review. With both Rahul and Kuldeep seemingly contemplating going for the review, Rohit discouraged them from taking it. The trio later shared a laugh over. In the same over the left-arm wrist spinner could be seen appealing excessively after his first couple of wickets and asking for DRS whenever the ball hit the batters’ pads. Kuldeep bowled a terrific spell in that game, bagging figures of 10-1-41-4 to restrict the Proteas to 270 and India chased down the target to win the match.
During the innings break in 3rd ODI, Kuldeep admitted he is bad with DRS. “Obviously, with DRS, I am someone who is very bad. And he (Rohit) keeps pulling my legs. Whenever I hit the pads, I feel there is a wicket,” Kuldeep said. In the video that has gone viral he was asked “Ro, what would you avoid the most? Changing diapers or getting a clean shave? The former Indian captain Rohit Sharma answered “Kuldeep taking that review yaar, honestly. Seriously.”
Rohit Sharma retained his position of Number 1 ranked ODI player after the series with Virat Kohli in the second spot. Rohit will next be in action during the New Zealand ODI series which will be played in January. The veteran player has also showed his availability for Mumbai for a few Vijay Hazare games and is expected to be in action for them later December.
