On June 24 (Friday), DD Sports announced that it will broadcast the series between India and West Indies scheduled to be played in July-Aug 2022. The tour will comprise 3 ODIs and 5 T20Is. Port of Spain will be the host to the 50-over series, while the matches of the shortest format will be played at Trinidad, Florida, and ST. Kitts. The series will get started on July 22 and will get culminated on August 7.

In its official announcement, DD Sports has also confirmed it be hosting special shows based on pre-match and post-match analysis with cricket experts, which will on the lines of the channels like Sony Sports Network and Star Sports Network. The matches will be broadcasted on all Cable and DTH platforms, apart from DD FreeDish.

1st ODI: July 22 (Queens Park Oval, Port of Spain)

2nd ODI: July 24 (Queens Park Oval, Port of Spain)

3rd ODI: July 27 (Queens Park Oval, Port of Spain)

All ODI matches will be live from 7 pm IST

T20Is

1st T20I: July 29: (Brian Lara Stadium, Port of Spain)

2nd T20I: Aug 1 (Warner Park, St Kitts & Nevis)

3rd T20I: Aug 2 (Warner Park, St Kitts & Nevis)

4th T20I: Aug 6 (Broward County Ground, Florida, USA)

5th T20I: Aug 7 (Broward County Ground, Florida, USA)

All T20I matches will be live from 8 pm IST.

In May 2022 as well, DD Sports has also announced that they will be airing the tournaments like the Olympics Games, Commonwealth Games, and Asian Games which are the sporting events of national interest under the Sports Broadcasting Signals (Mandatory Sharing with Prasar Bharati) Act.

Furthermore, the announcement had also mentioned the different sports like Cricket, Hockey, Football, and Badminton.
