Diablo Immortal is undoubtedly one of the most awaited free-to-play RPG games for mobile devices. Being a part of the iconic Diablo series, the excitement and buzz around its launch is quite understandable. However, the D-Day is still quite far from now as developers Blizzard Entertainment are planning to release the game in first half of 2022.

But much to everyone's delight, the gamers will be able to experience the game way before it's actual launch next year. "Adventurers, prepare. Diablo Immortal is entering its Beta testing phase, bringing us one step closer to worldwide launch. Select participants will experience a host of exciting new features and updates," the developers stated in the latest blog on their website.

The closed-beta version of Diablo Immortal is set to be out on October 29 in Canada and Australia. In addition, the beta version is also reported to be available for players in South Korea, Japan and China, however the details about the same were not mentioned on the website.

Necromancer class set to be introduced

One of the main reasons behind the excitement among the fans is the fact that Necromancer class is set to be introduced in Diablo Immortal closed beta version. It must be noted that this is one of the strongest and most lethal classes in the game, which was first introduced in Diablo 2.

It has the powerful ability to control the dead which can be used to inflict unimaginable damage to the enemies, which makes the return of Necromancer so exciting. Apart from it, the various other classes in the beta version will be as follows: Barbarian, Crusader, Demon Hunter, Monk and Wizard.

Other new additions in the game

A new PvP mode, known as 'Challenge of the Immortal' has also been added to the Cycle of Strife which will have a thrilling 30 (shadows) vs 1 (Immortal) battle. In the 8v8 Battleground PvP system, a ladder system is also being introduced where the players will compete with each other for the top spot. Notably, only the best among the rest will win keys to Helliquary making the battleground ladder another thing to watch out for.
