India being invited to bat first posted a huge total of 416 runs on board with the help of stunning knocks from both Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja while skipper Jasprit Bumrah also played an unexpected cameo, smashing 35 runs off an over bowled by Stuart Broad. Among England bowlers James Anderson impressed everyone with a five-wicket haul and he was well supported by Matty Potts at the other end.

England top order batting have failed once again, currently at 84/5 in 2nd innings of the game. Indian skipper Jasprit Bumrah impressed everyone with the ball as well by dismissing top 3 batters of the English team while Mohammed Siraj picked the key wicket of Joe Root to put India in a dominating position.

Day 3 of Test match promises to be a great thriller and England fans will be hoping for some miracle from Bairstow and Stokes to redeem their team in this tough situation.
