England resuming from 25/0, ended up setting a target of 209 runs for India in 4th innings with the help of Joe Root's 21st Test century. At one stage when the game was going towards the England side, Bumrah pulled it back for India with a 5 wicket-haul which included the crucial wicket of Joe Root as well.

India chasing a very tricky target in the 4th innings started off on a decent note with KL Rahul being in golden touch but unfortunately he got dismissed by Stuart Broad by the end of Day 4. Day 5 seems to have an interesting finish as team India still need 157 more runs to win the game on 5th day against the likes of great pacers James Anderson and Stuart Broad.
