
The Quarter Finals of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2026 have concluded with the top 16 teams qualifying for the Semi Finals. Now these teams will head to Hyderabad to play their matches in the semifinals. Eight more teams will join them from the Wildcard Stage, which will be played from 5 to 8 March, and the semi-finals will take place from 12 to 15 March.
A total of 64 teams participated in the quarter finals played from 26 February to 1 March. These teams were divided into 4 groups of 16 teams, and each group played a total of six matches. The top 16 teams from the cumulative overall standings advanced to the semi-finals, and the 17th to 40th placed teams moved to the wildcard, while the rest of the 16 teams were eliminated from the tournament.

BGIS 2026 Semi Finals Format
BGIS 2026 Semi Finals will take place from 12 to 15 March, where a total of 24 teams (16 from Quarter Finals and 8 from Wildcard) will compete in Hyderabad. These teams will be divided into three groups of 8 teams in each, and each team will play 16 matches. After all matches, the top 8 teams from the overall standings will qualify for the Grand Finals, which will be played in Chennai, and the rest of the 16 teams will move to the Survival Stage, where they will get another chance to make it to the finals. The semi-finals will take place in the Tesseract Esports Arena in Hyderabad, like the BGMI Showdown 2025.
