The FFMIC 2026 Spring Knockout Stage will be played from 20 March to 5 April, featuring 18 teams from the group stage. Matches will be played from Friday to Sunday. This stage is divided into three weeks - Week 1, Week 2, and Week 3.
Week 1 will be played from 20 to 22 March, where 18 teams will be divided into 3 groups of 6 teams in each group. A total of 18 matches will be played across three days, and teams will compete in a round-robin format. Every group will play a total of 12 matches, and based on the overall standings, the teams will be divided into the top 12 and bottom 6 pools for Week 2.
Week 2 of the Knockout Stage will take place from 27 to 29 March, where teams will be divided into pools based upon week 1 overall standings. In this week, the top 2 teams from each matchday will qualify for the Point Rush and Champion Rush, while the 2 teams from the "Week 1" Bottom 6 pool are then added every day for the last 2 days.
Week 3 will be played from 3 to 5 April, where the remaining 12 teams will play, and the top 6 teams from the overall standings will qualify for the Point Rush and Champion Rush.
