There have been numerous instances in European Cricket League when players produced hilarious situations from their batting, bowling or fielding. Fans witnessed another bizarre incident in the league as batters ran three runs despite the ball being collected by the wicket-keeper.

A batting pair playing for Prague Barbarians ran not one, not two, but three runs in their T10 match against Vinohrady, when the wicket-keeper had collected the ball cleanly and could have run them out easily.

Batting first in a rain-hit match, the Barbarians were 16/0 after 2nd over and wanted to go big in the last 6 ball of the innings. But the batsman —Hoque — missed the ball, and yet ran a bye. The keeper then threw the ball at stumps but missed, which allowed the batters to run one more.

However, the ball was picked by the bowler and he also took a shy at the stumps but missed, which led to another run. In the end, both keeper and bowler missed the run out chance at both ends  and conceded three runs.
