The popular football game - FIFA - is set to release this year with some exciting modifications which is why the fans just cannot wait for it's launch. The 29th installment i.e. FIFA 2022 is scheduled to release on October 1, 2021 on Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. The enhanced versions for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Google Stadia will be released later.

While the official launch of the game is still more than a month away, the beta version of the game has already been released across the globe on the following dates:

August 13 - United States, Canada and South Korea

August 14 - Brazil and Portugal

August 15 - Turkey

August 16 - Rest of the world

New features in FIFA 22

The most fascinating part of every other FIFA installment is the fact that there are new and advanced technologies used to enhance the game-play. Something very similar is on the cards this time around with some extremely eye-catching features included in the game.

Some of the new features that have been added in FIFA 22 are:

1. Goalkeeper Rewrite - A new system has been introduced to ensure better reflexes and shot-stopping by goalkeepers by using the positioning personality of goalkeepers across the globe.

2. True Ball Physics - Factors like speed, swerve, air drag, air resistance, ground friction and rolling friction will be taken into account to give the game a more real-time touch while playing.

3. Explosive Sprint - Players will have have more control over the speed and acceleration which could help them in one-on-one situations while attacking and defending.

4. New Attacking Tactics - Players will also have an option to set up their own tactics on either half of the pitch, where they could use various alternatives to set up their team.
