Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has landed in big trouble. An FIR has been registered against the cricketer in Bihar’s Begusarai district. The FIR against Dhoni and seven others has been registered by a firm named SK Enterprises. It is alleged that this case has been registered regarding a bounced check of INR 30 Lakh.

This comes after a dispute between New Global Produce India Limited and SK Enterprises regarding poor service and non-cooperation from the former’s side. Actually, SK Enterprise received fertilizers worth INR 30 Lakh from New Global Produce. But they alleged that the company did not help them in marketing. SK Enterprises’ owner Neeraj Kumar Nirala accused New Global Produce of not cooperating in the selling of the product.

As a result, SK Enterprises were left with a hefty amount of fertilizers and claimed to have borne a huge loss. After multiple complaints, New Global Produce India Ltd. agreed to take back the product and refund the amount to SK Enterprises. However, Neeraj Kumar further alleged that the check he received from the company bounced. A legal notice was sent to the company in this regard but there was no response.

Hence, a case was registered against the company's CEO Rajesh Arya, and seven other office bearers of the company by Neeraj Kumar Nirala. MS Dhoni’s name was registered in the FIR because he had promoted New Global Produce India Limited.

The Judiciary took cognizance of the matter and heard the case on Monday (30 May). However, with no good decision, the matter has been sent to Judicial Magistrate Ajay Kumar Mishra. The next hearing of the case will be on June 28.
