Manchester City produced a superb second-half display to come from behind and take control of their Champions League semi-final with a hard-fought victory against Paris St-Germain. Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez scored the goals as Pep Guardiola’s men overcame Marquinhos’ first half opener. In the first-half, PSG produced some exquisite football to take a deserved 1-0 lead. But PSG lost their way after half-time and it all unraveled in the second half for the French champions.

City skipper Kevin De Bruyne’s menacing cross evaded everyone in the penalty area and ended up in the back of the net while the impressive Riyad Mahrez scored through a 71st-minute free-kick to complete the turnaround. To complete PSG’s misery, midfielder Idrissa Gueye was sent off in the 77th minute as a shocking tackle on Ilkay Gundogan earned him a straight red card.
