Former India pacer Venkatesh Prasad has got a massive boost on the number of his Twitter followers after using the latest trend ‘#IndiraNagarkaGunda’ in one of his tweets. His Twitter account, which was created just 4 days back, has now been noticed widely by the fans.
It is worth noting that Venkatesh, one of India’s premium fast bowlers during the latter half of the 1990s, had posted a picture of his famous send-off to Pakistan batsman Aamer Sohail from the 1996 ODI World Cup. Through the post, Venkatesh had joined the ‘#IndiranagarKaGunda’ social media trend following Rahul Dravid’s latest advertisement.
The TV commercial and the #IndiranagarKaGunda trend had already hogged the limelight and when Venkatesh, the newcomer on the microblogging website, joined the trend, Twitterati hailed his post, recalling the indelible moment from the 1996 World Cup.
Here is what Venkatesh had posted:

The love from fans saw a massive gain in the number of Twitter followers of Venkatesh. The former India pacer, who had just somewhere around 1000 followers before the post, now has more than 22,700 followers.
