Former Indian pacer S Sreesanth is a man of many skills. The pacer, who recently announced retirement from all forms of cricket, was known for his sheer pace, never die attitude, and impressive dancing skills. The 39-year-old has already been part of a few notable dancing reality shows and is now all set to feature in a dance-oriented Bollywood movie named 'Item Number One.'
As per reports, Sreesanth will not just act in the movie but will also be singing one of the film tracks. The recording for the concerned track has already begun in Kochi, under the guidance of the music director Sajeev Mangalath. The Indian pacer has already graced dance reality shows like Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena and Jhalak Dikhlaa Ja and will now debut as a singer.
As per a report published in The Print, Sreesanth thanked the director for bestowing trust in him and claimed that he could be a better actor than any former cricketer who tried his hands at acting. "With all due respect to every cricketer and sportsperson who has done acting, I believe I can do much better", Sreesanth said.
Sree also informed about his role as he claimed that he is playing a good character in the movie. "People have seen me dancing on reality shows, but this is a dance-oriented comedy movie. It's got suspense in the end and a great climax. I am looking forward," he said.
