Head to Head: Never played against each other in T20Is

Pitch Report:

The pitch will favour the batters slightly but scoring runs won't be that easy on a sluggish pitch. If the batters can settle in and build their innings steadily, they can go on to play a big innings. Pacers and spinners are expected to get some assistance from this pitch.

Team Analysis

England:

The Three Lions were absolutely superb in their campaign opener against West Indies. The defending champions were blown away by England's disciplined bowling attack which comprised of Moeen Ali, Chris Woakes, Chris Jordan, Adil Rashid and Tymal Mills. Rashid took four wickets for two runs in a spell of 2.2 overs while Mills and Moeen Ali took a couple each. Chris Woakes and Chris Jordan also got one wicket each. The Caribbean side were all-out for only 55 and England ended up winning the match with 11.4 overs to spare.

England's batting lineup also looks solid with the presence of destructive batters like Jason Roy, Jos Buttler, Liam Livingstone and Jonny Bairstow. However, skipper Eoin Morgan’s patchy form will be a big cause of concern for the team management.

Bangladesh:

Bangladesh will be keen to bounce back after their narrow defeat against Sri Lanka. Mohammad Naim and Mushfiqur Rahim played brilliantly for Bangladesh as the duo smashed half-centuries. They will definitely again be the main men along with Shakib Al Hasan and Mahmudullah. In the bowling department, spinners Mahedi Hasan and Shakib have bowled well. However, pace bowlers Mohammad Saifuddin, Mustafizur Rahman need to perform better.
