India and England will kick off their three-game ODI series at Oval in London. The Men in Blue have dominated in the T20I series, winning the three-game affair 2-1. The Indians won the first two games but lost in the last match of the series by 17 runs. For England, Liam Livingstone was their top performer as he scored 77. India had to chase 215 runs but fells short in the end despite Suryakumar Yadav's maiden century.

However, over the last three games, the weather has been in cricket’s favour with great playing conditions. But as rains are a mainstay in this region, London has been one of the key regions where the rain gods tend to pour regularly.

This news has caused a lot of worry among the fans and players as the first game could be affected by unfavorable weather. But the real question is, will rain affect the 1st ODI between India and England in London? To answer this, let’s look at the weather forecast for the day.

Weather forecast for 12 July in London

As it can be seen from the London weather forecast, there is a low chance of rain on the given day. It is 1% for daytime and nighttime.
