India ended up winning the 1st ODI on Tuesday by 66 runs after posting a huge total of 317/5. Shikhar Dhawan's brilliant 98 and 112-run partnership between KL Rahul and Krunal Pandya helped them post a massive total. Chasing 318, England started of very well with Jonny Bairstow's 94 but post that 135-run opening-wicket partnership, England kept losing wickets at regular intervals as their middle-order succumbed to the disciplined Indian bowling attack.
