Since his arrival in Milan from Manchester United, Alexis Sanchez has scored 20 goals and provided 23 assists in 108 games for Serie A giants Inter Milan. And it is now being reported that the Italian club are eager to part ways with the Chile international following his dismal run at the club and his lofty wages.

Sanchez too has started looking for a new club that will be featuring in the Champions League as staying at San Siro would hardly see him featuring for Simone Inzaghi's side. Also, it has been rumoured that he has denied accepting a salary cut as his current contract with Inter Milan serves him around £100k-a-week.

Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport reported that the 33-year-old Chile international is considering a move to the Ligue 1 club Marseille to continue playing in the Champions League. Sanchez, who has one more year left in his contract with Inter, exited from Manchester United on a free transfer.

Sanchez completed the transfer to Manchester United on January 22, 2018 in a swap deal that saw Henrikh Mkhitariyan moving to Arsenal. During his run at Manchester United, the Chilean footballer played 45 games and scored just five times.

Meanwhile, Inter's city rivals AC Milan are reportedly looking to sign Club Bruges attacking midfielder Charles de Ketelaere and Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech.
