Mumbai Indians historically have a very good record against Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL. MI have won 21 out of the 27 games they played against KKR in IPL. However, KKR is coming fresh from a victory against SRH in the same venue, so they will also be looking to roar high in Chennai.

With Quinton de Kock being back in the side, it will be interesting to see if Chris Lynn can retain his spot in the XI. MI might be tempted to go in with Piyush Chawla in place of Rahul Chahar. KKR, on the other hand, might replace Harbhajan Singh with Kuldeep Yadav.
