RCB batting first put a huge total off 204/4 with the help of Maxwell's 78 and AB de Villiers 76*. Both of them played a magnificent innings in such a manner that KKR bowlers had no clue to stop them and were getting thrashed all over the park. In reply to that KKR while going forward they ended up losing wickets at regular intervals and in the end too much was left for Andre Russell to complete it thus they fell short of the total by 38 runs.
