SRH and DC played the first ever Super-Over of IPL 2021 and in the end, DC came out on top and earned the all-important two points. Initially Shikhar Dhawan and Prithivi Shaw's opening partnership helped DC set a good platform and they posted a decent total of 159/4. In reply, SRH started off strongly with Bairstow's firepower. But after his dismissal, SRH relied heavily on Kane Williamson to chase down Delhi's total. Jagadeesha Suchith's knock of 14 runs in 6 balls also proved to be crucial as SRH managed to tie the game.
