SRH were outplayed by Rajasthan Royals in all the departments, especially Jos Buttler's blockbuster innings of 124 runs ensured SRH were never in the game. Initially in the game SRH wasted a review for Yashasvi Jaiswal's wicket which didn't help their cause as later in the game Buttler survived a close LBW call where hawk-eye showed three reds but SRH didn't have a review left at that time. Sunrisers Hyderabad started the chase very well by scoring quick runs in the powerplay but however post that none of the batsman in their line-up contributed much, hence they ended falling short of RR total by 55 runs.
