Although Chennai Super Kings became the first team to qualify for the Playoffs in 2021, there is always a contest in the tournament which makes it among the best in the world. Post confirming their berth in the final four, CSK are chasing a top-two finish which will guarantee them an extra game, in case of a bad day at the office in the business end.

In this context, the match against Delhi Capitals became quite a fascinating one and both top teams in the table looked to win to be the owner of the pole position. During Capitals' run chase, when the match looked set to be going down to the wire, visuals of MS Dhoni's daughter Ziva praying in the stands while sitting in the lap of her mother Sakshi were shown on the television screens.

It took no time for the picture to go viral on the internet with some fans even terming it the cutest thing on the internet.

Check out some fan reactions here:

Talking about the match, Delhi Capitals needed 28 runs from 18 balls to successfully complete their run chase of 137. While Dwayne Bravo had conceded 5 runs from the first 2 balls, in the third ball he almost got the wicket of Shimron Hetmyer. However, Krishnappa Gowtham, who was fielding at long-on dropped an absolute sitter and the ball went for a boundary instead.

This was a massive moment in the match as eventually Hetmyer remained unbeaten and returned after finishing the match, sealing a 3-wicket win for Delhi with 2 balls remaining. The result has given Delhi Capitals two points and a place at the top of the table with 20 points.

The defeat for Chennai is their second successive one after they had fallen to the Rajasthan Royals in their previous fixture. The loss has raised some apprehensions regarding their form ahead of the Playoff matches.

However, coach Stephen Fleming seemed confident of his side's ability to turn it around in the Playoff matches and said that he would take defeats here than in a knockout game.

"I'd rather have two defeats [Super Kings lost their previous game as well, to Rajasthan Royals] now than in the two semi-finals, if I ever had a wish list," he said after the match at a press conference.
