The two new teams Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Super Giants will be facing each other at Wankhede Stadium on 28th of March. Hardik Pandya will be seen in field after long time for Gujarat team while Rashid Khan is expected to be the mystery spinner for their side. KL Rahul after having not so successful stint with Punjab Kings in last two seasons will be leading new franchise Lucknow under Gambhir's mentorship.
