Preview

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) finally managed to open their account as they beat defending champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in their third game of the season. But they will have a tough opponent in Gujarat Titans when they meet them on Monday. Gujarat have not lost a single game so far in the season. They have won two matches chasing and one defending a total. GT look like a complete team with a potent bowling attack and a deep batting lineup. Although SRH regained momentum, they have multiple issues to address.

Pitch Report

The DY Patil has helped batters in both innings. The pacers will have a role to play early in the innings with some swing on offer. The spinners can slow things in middle overs but there won't be much help for them here.

Team Analysis

Sunrisers Hyderabad:

Sunrisers Hyderabad put on a brilliant performance against Chennai Super Kings and walked away with the game. But they still have some issues to address. Kane Williamson could not get going and departed for 40-ball 32. In the bowling department, Bhuvneshwar Kumar has not performed to his potential. Umran Malik has also leaked a lot of runs. However, they are expected to put up a fight against Gujarat.

Gujarat Titans:

Gujarat have been a formidable team in the tournament so far. They have remained undefeated in three games so far. Shubman Gill's form has been the best thing for Gujarat's batting lineup. Sai Sudarshan adopted to the No.3 slot quite comfortably, while Hardik Pandya and David Miller have been chipping in with some crucial runs. And Rahul Tewatia has slowly and steadily built the reputation of a finisher. GT's bowling lineup is one of the best with Lockie Ferguson, Rashid Khan, Mohammed Shami, and Hardik Pandya fulfilling their respective responsibilities.
